:: Instructions for Authors

Please note the following instructions carefully before submitting your paper:
1- First, download the English paper template listed below and save it on your computer.



2- Prepare your article using the above template.
3- It is necessary to save the original file of your article in word and pdf format on one of the drivers of your computer.
4- You have to upload both word and pdf files. Please remove name and affiliation of all authors from pdf file .

Paper submision instruction:
 After preparing your paper according to the above instructions and registering on the conference paper submission website above, submit your article:
1- First, log in to the authors paper submission website.
2- From the article submission menu, register the required information about the paper. (note that you must first register the abstract of your paper)
3- To submit the paper, after completing the article submission form , go to the article status menu and from there send both pdf and word files of the paper. (If you do not send the relevant files, your article will not be sent for review)
Important note: The PDF file must not contain any authors' information. Please make sure that the names and details of the authors are removed from the submitted PDF file.

Note: The amount of 500,000 Rls is considered as the initial cost for reviewing and judging each article. Please make payments using only the online payment portal embedded in the system.
