Q: Is this conference internationally accredited?

A: The conference is accredited internationaly by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran.


Q: What is the rating of this conference?

A: This is a conference from the series of the  international conferences of Artificial Intelligemce and Software Engineering (AiSOFT) held by the Department of Computer Sceince and Engineering, Shiraz University.


Q: Where can I find information about the submission process?

A: You can find the information from the 'Registration & submissions -> Instructions for Authors' menu item.


Q: How to get a discount on the registration fees?

A: Students and members of sponsors are eligible for a discount according to the conference regulations. To get the discount, you should select the relevant registration group on the time of registration, and submit the required documents from the “Send Documents” section after signing in. 


Q: Will the participants of the educational workshop events receive a certificate?

A: Yes; if the participants manage to attend the workshop and finish the course he/she will receive a certificate.


Q: Are the expenses the same for the papers written in English and Persian?

A: Yes, the expenses are the same. 


Q: Where can I find a template for English papers?

A: You can find the template in the ''Registration & submissions -> Paper Template' menu item


Q: Is there a possibility for an early review (before the official results)?

A: Yes, Authors should send email to (aisoft@saadi.shirazu.ac.ir) and provide reasons and proofs. If the request is approved, the the review process would be expedited.  However, the final decision will be make in the scientific committee session.


Q: I have questions about Visa and accommodation during the conference, who should I contact?

A: First visit the 'travel -> Visa Information' menu, If there are further questions, please email us your questions.
